The following installation guide we take you through the installation of your new ALPHAREX HEADLIGHTS for your 11-20 Toyota Sienna step by step.
NOTE:Some vehicle require the DRL harness installed for the headlight to function properly.

Step 1: DISCONNECTING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Whenever working on your vehicle always start by disconnecting the negative battery terminal.
Step 2: FRONT GRILLE REMOVAL
Remove top mounting taps. They can be removed by pulling the middle of each plastic tap.
Use a flat head screwdriver to help release the plastic clips in which hold the front grille.
Gently pull the grille outward and set if aside for later reinstallation.
Step 3: REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SCREWS & BOLTS
Remove the screws on each side by the wheel well.
Use a flat head screwdriver to remove the plastic tap on each side by the wheel well.
Remove the 10mm bolt on each side by the wheel well.
Use a trim removal tool or flat head screwdriver to remove the plastic tap on each side of the front bumper.
Remove the 10mm bolts on the bottom across the bumper.
Step 4: REMOVING FRONT BUMPER
Pull on the side of the bumper, using small flat head screwdriver to help release the clips.
Please follow the same procedure for the other side of the bumper
Loosen the front bumper cover (unplug the fog light wires if equipped). Carefully remove the front bumper completely and set it aside for later reinstallation.
Step 5: REMOVE HEADLIGHT BOLTS
Remove the bolts that are holding the headlight. Follow the same process for the other side.
Step 6: UNPLUG HEADLIGHT CONNECTORS
Gently pull outward and unplug the connectors for removing the headlight.
Follow the same process for the other side.
Step 7: INSTALL ALPHAREX HEADLIGHTS & DRL HARNESS
With both headlights disconnected, now it’s time to install the DRL harness. You will need to connect the red wire to battery’s positive terminal, the black wire to battery’s negative terminal or the 10mm bolts on the firewall
Step 8: TAP THE FUSE
In order for the DRL to function during the day, you will need to tap the grey wire into the fuse (10A).
Step 9: RUN THE DRL HARNESS
Run the DRL harness to the other side of headlight and secure it into a safe area with zip tie.
Step 10: PLUG CONNECTORS INTO THE HEADLIGHT
Plug the DRL red wire into the headlight.
Plug the light bulb connectors into the headlight.
Please follow the same process to the other side.
Step 11: SCREW THE HEADLIGHTS BOLTS
Position the ALPHAREX headlights to the vehicle and ready to screw the headlight bolts.
Secure the headlight bolts. Please follow the same process to the other side.
After installing the headlights. Please reverse the bumper and grille removal process to complete the installation.
Step 12: ADJUST HEADLIGHT LEVEL
After headlights installation is complete. You will next aim the headlight at about 25ft against a wall on a level surface.
Clockwise to lower the level
Counterclockwise to raise the level
Please follow the same procedure for the other headlight.
Step 13: COMPLETE INSTALLATION
Congratulations! you have completed the installation for ALPHAREX 11-20 Toyota Sienna Headlights.
