The following installation guide we take you through the installation of your new ALPHAREX HEADLIGHTS for your 14-19 Lexus GX 460 step by step.
NOTE: Some vehicle require the DRL harness installed for the headlight to function properly.

Step 1: DISCONNECTING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Whenever working on your vehicle always start by disconnecting the negative battery terminal.
Step 2: REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER BOLTS
Remove the clips that are holding the top plastic cover.
Remove the 2 X 10mm bolts from each side of the wheel well.
Remove the bolts that are holding the front grille and the front bumper.
Gently lift each side of the bumper to release and pull it forward towards you to remove the front bumper.
Step 3: UNPLUG THE WIRINGS AND THE WASHER SPRAY NOZZLES
Before the bumper removal, please make sure that the turn signal sockets, washer spray nozzles, and the fog light wirings are unplugged.
Step 4: REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER
Once the wirings and nozzles are unplugged, you are okay to remove the bumper completely and set it aside for later reinstallation.
Step 5: REMOVE HEADLIGHT BOLTS
Remove 2 X 10mm bolts on top of the headlight.
Use extension to remove 1 X 10mm bolt from the side of the headlight.
Remove 1 X 10mm bolt from the side of the headlight (by the fender & bumper mount bracket).
Step 6: REMOVE THE HEADLIGHTS
After the headlight bolts are removed, gently pull the headlight outward to release.
Unplug the wirings and remove the headlight.
Please follow the same procedure for the other side of the headlight.
Step 7: INSTALL ALPHAREX HEADLIGHTS
Plug the light connectors to the new ALPHAREX headlights.
Position the new ALPHAREX headlights to the vehicle and tighten the bolts.
Reinstall the front bumper to proceed to the next step for pluggin the wirings.
Step 8: PLUG THE WIRINGS & THE WASHER SPRAY NOZZLES
After the headlights and bumper are installed to the vehicle, it is time to plug the wirings, the washer spray nozzles and the attached ALPHAREX headlight’s turn signal wiring.
Step 9: PLUG THE TURN SIGNAL SOCKET
Step 10: TEST THE HEADLIGHT FUNCTIONS
Test the functions of your ALPHAREX headlights to ensure everything works properly.
Step 11: ADJUST HEADLIGHT LEVEL
After headlights installation is complete. You will next aim the headlight at about 25ft against a wall on a level surface.
Clockwise to lower the level
Counterclockwise to raise the level
Please follow the same procedure for the other headlight.
Step 12: COMPLETE INSTALLATION
